Installation

1. Equipment Unboxing & Inspection
  • Careful unpacking of your robot and accessories
  • Inspection for any damage during shipping
  • Verification of all included components

2. Physical Setup

  • Charging station placement and setup
  • Initial charging and battery verification
  • Attachment of brushes, squeegees, and other accessories

3. System Initialization

  • Power-up and basic configuration
  • Software updates (if needed)
  • Confirm Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity (if applicable)

4. Quick-Start Orientation

  • Overview of onboard controls and display
  • How to start and stop cleaning manually
  • Basic care and daily maintenance instructions

Standard Installation

  • In-person setup by a certified technician
  • Ideal for single-site users with straightforward facility layouts
  • Typically completed within 1–2 hours

Remote Installation Assistance

  • Guided setup via video call or phone
  • Includes step-by-step walkthroughs and real-time support
  • Great for smaller teams or locations outside our immediate service area

What Installation Does Not Include

To set clear expectations, here’s what falls outside of installation:

  • Route mapping or cleaning zone setup (see Deployment Services)
  • Long-term training or maintenance
  • Repairs or replacement for damaged units
  • Integration with third-party systems
