- Coverage: Includes most non-wearable components.
- Exclusions: Wearable parts such as squeegees, brushes, and pads
Extended Warranty
Enhance your peace of mind with our extended warranty plans, available at the time of purchase or within the first year of ownership. Extended warranties are designed to provide long-term protection for your autonomous cleaning bots against unforeseen mechanical failures, excluding damage from misuse or vandalism.

Our service plans are structured to offer flexibility and comprehensive care for your Gausium autonomous cleaning robots.
Exclusions & Limitations
Please note that our warranties and service plans do not cover:
- Wearable Components: Items such as squeegees, brushes, and pads, which require regular replacement due to normal use.
- Vandalism or Misuse: Damage resulting from intentional harm or improper use is not covered.
- Acts of Nature: Damage from events like floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
For example, if a machine is damaged due to vandalism (e.g., struck with a baseball bat), such incidents fall outside the scope of our coverage.
