However, we understand that certain situations may require a product return, and we’ve outlined our policy clearly below.
Eligibility for Returns
RFC only accepts returns on machines that are unopened and unused. Once a robotic floor cleaner has been unboxed, assembled, or operated, it is no longer eligible for return. This policy ensures that every client receives new and fully tested equipment ready for immediate use in commercial or industrial environments.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned industrial cleaning robots. We recommend verifying your order details and model specifications before purchase to avoid unnecessary returns.
Condition and Packaging
To qualify for a return, the machine must be sent back in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation intact. Any product showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted under our return policy.
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before shipping any product back. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumable items, replacement parts, and any accessories used with our autonomous cleaning robots are not eligible for return once delivered. These products are considered final sale.
